Telephone Medical Assessment { LIES]

Hi All
Had my assessment a couple of months ago, asked for a copy which has just arrived.
First thing length of assessment, 90 min in fact it was 25 min. The report is a load of rubbish.The out come from this medical is, I have lost points for engaging, plus needs prompting on a journey.
You can see clearly that the DWP just copy word for word the medical assessment in making there discussion. I know this happens to all of us, it's happened to me many times. So suggest recording your interviews, as I did. I cannot see how the DWP can have a leg to stand on as I have it all recorded.

Hi Adam, well done for recording it. Are you going to write in immediately to DWP Decision Maker telling them very icily all the s--t that is in it? Doing this turned a certain lower award into a renewed enhanced-on-both for our daughter. And oh the relief at not needing to do an MR and appeal. Refer to your form and supporting evidence for each point you don't like. If necessary add eg NHS webpage info, backing such things as 'Tramadol is for severe pain [not moderate] ' after the assessor tried to twist it that her pain was 'only moderate.'

Still waiting for the MR.
I told them I had recorded it. And yes I have done all the things you suggested .
I am also going to tribunal, about the change in law, Following a Journey, where I had scored 4 pts, the DWP have used ESA info so I am unable to claim, but the ESA info was overturned at a tribunal.

I have a telephone assessment tomorrow 21.05.21. Today I received a letter from capita saying they had spoken to me and agreed this assessment at short notice. Instead of the usual 7 day notice. Lies lies lies. I have not spoken to capita at all. Does not look good from the out set. Dreading tomorrow as think they are trying to cover thier back before they call with thier lies. I will be recording my assessment.
